1. Acceptance
By using Unleft, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
2. Purpose
Unleft is a personal productivity application that helps users capture, review, organize, remind, save, and complete items. It is not an emergency service, medical device, legal system, financial record, or guaranteed notification service.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing card details, dates, reminders, and actions before relying on them. Maintain independent records for anything safety-critical or legally important.
4. Accounts and backup
The core app may be used without an account. Optional account and backup features require accurate information and appropriate device access. You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account and Apple credentials.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with app or service operation, upload unlawful content, abuse support channels, reverse engineer protected services where prohibited, or use Unleft to harm others.
6. Availability
We work to provide reliable local storage, reminders, authentication, backup, and recovery, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation. Beta features may change.
7. Paid features
If subscriptions or other paid features are offered, pricing, billing period, automatic renewal, cancellation, and included features will be shown before purchase through the App Store. Apple’s purchase and refund terms also apply.
8. Intellectual property
Unleft, its branding, design, software, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain rights to the content they add, subject to the limited processing required to provide chosen app features.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unleft is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a safety-critical purpose. Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.
