Refund Policy
Apple processes App Store payments and refund decisions.

App Store purchases
Apple processes Unleft subscription charges. Unleft LLC does not receive your payment card or bank information and cannot directly issue a refund for an App Store transaction.
Request a refund
Use Apple’s purchase support process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides eligibility under its terms and applicable law.
Cancel future renewal
Cancel through Apple subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current period.
Technical problem
For entitlement or Restore Purchases problems, email support@unleft.app with the product, approximate purchase time and a description. Do not send full payment card details.
