Privacy Rights
This page explains how to make privacy requests to UNLEFT LLC.
Requests you can make
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, export, limitation, objection, or information about how your data is used. Even when a law does not require a specific right, we try to respond to reasonable privacy requests when we can verify the account and the request is technically and legally feasible.
How to submit a request
Email hello@unleft.app with the subject “Privacy Request.” Use the email address associated with your Unleft account when possible.
Verification
We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account or email address. Do not send government IDs, tax numbers, bank information, backup passwords, or sensitive documents unless we specifically request them through an appropriate process.
California and other U.S. state privacy laws
Some state privacy laws apply only to businesses that meet specific thresholds. UNLEFT LLC may not meet all such thresholds at launch. If a state privacy law applies to us, we will honor rights required by that law. We do not sell personal information and do not use private Unleft content for targeted advertising profiles.
EU, UK, and international users
If EU, UK, or similar privacy laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, export, or complain to a supervisory authority. We will review applicable requests based on the law that applies to the user, the service, and UNLEFT LLC.
Response timing
We will try to respond within a reasonable time. Some requests may take longer if verification, technical review, legal review, backups, payment records, fraud-prevention records, or third-party provider records are involved.
