Accessibility

A clear task should stay clear for more people.

Accessibility is included in design, testing, App Store disclosure, and support rather than added after launch.

Target: The Unleft website is designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The iPhone app targets complete common-task support with VoiceOver, Larger Text, sufficient contrast, reduced motion, and accessible touch targets. We do not claim full conformance until testing is complete.

1. What we are building for

  • Keyboard access and visible focus on the website
  • Logical headings, landmarks, labels, and link text
  • Text resizing without loss of content
  • Color contrast that does not rely on color alone
  • Touch targets designed for comfortable use
  • VoiceOver labels, traits, values, and predictable reading order
  • Reduced Motion support and restrained animation
  • Layouts that adapt to larger accessibility text sizes

2. Testing standard

Automated checks are only one layer. Common tasks must also be tested manually with keyboard navigation, VoiceOver, larger text, zoom, reduced motion, and real devices before accessibility support is declared in the App Store.

3. Known limitations

Unleft remains in private testing. Some screens, translated text, and advanced capture flows may still require accessibility refinement. We will document significant known limitations rather than hiding them.

4. Feedback and accommodation

Send accessibility feedback to hello@unleft.app. Include the page or screen, device, assistive technology, and what prevented completion. We will provide reasonable support through an alternative channel when possible.
